INVI Invoicing Terms and Conditions

INVI is committed to protecting your privacy and this privacy statement describes in greater detail the privacy practices of
INVI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. General

Review these Terms of Service ("Agreement") thoroughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between the User and INVI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. By accepting electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing or using the Services, User agrees to these terms. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, then he/she may not use the Services. This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the INDIA.

2. Modification of terms & conditions

These terms may be updated from time to time in the future which may not be notified by email. The User should agree to review our Terms and Conditions regularly by visiting this page. Continued access to or use of the service will mean that the User agrees to the change.

3. When This Privacy Statement Applies

Its liability to User is limited to those who has downloaded the INVI application by clicking on to the “I Agree/Login” button for Terms and Conditions. and have made the Annual Subscription thereon.

4. Description of Services

We provide an array of services including GST and Non-GST Invoicing, GST Number Verification, Reporting, Estimate/Order Form creator and so on to serve as a complete business management Software ("Service" or "Services"). The User may use the Services for his/her business use or for internal business purpose in the organization that he/she represent. The User may download the application or use the web portal from Official website/ Google Play Store/ Apple App Store using the Internet. Once downloaded, User needs internet connection for usage. But, theusage. The User is responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the device necessary to use the Services. (Side NoteINVI is a software tool designed to streamline the invoicing process and assist the User through thoughtfully curated process automation, however, the User shall always verify the software output and any non-compliance or output error causing non-compliance shall solely be the responsibility of the User and the User agrees to not hold INVI liable for any hardship caused due to infraction of GST and any other law upon use of the application.: INVI tries its best to make Businesses compliant to the taxation and other laws as much as possible. But, it is solely the User’s responsibility to see to that he/she remains compliant with GST and other laws levied by Government. INVI is not in any case responsible with the violation of the compliance caused by software)

5. Business Data and Privacy

The User alone is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username, password and other sensitive information. He/She is responsible for all activities that occur in his/her user account and he/she agrees to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of their user account by email to [email protected] or by calling us on any of the numbers listed on http://inviindia.com/ (if any). We are not responsible for any loss or damage to his/her or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of his/her user account, or otherwise. We are neither responsible for any kind of data loss as performing necessary backups on data is solely the User’s responsibility. Invi INVI is not responsible for any kind of data discrepancy or any type of loss occurred due to data discrepancy/software issue.

6. Data Ownership

The User owns the content created or stored by his /her as we respect his/her right to ownership of content created or stored by them. The Users’ use of the Services does grant INVI the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by them or stored in the user’s account for INVI’s internal purpose. INVI tries keeping User’s data safe but holds zero no responsibility in case of cyber-crime beyond reasonable duty of care including but not limited to data leaks, hacking, phishing, Denial of Service or physical breach of data centres.

7. Permissions

Camera To take the picture of Logo/Hoardings/Banners/User Signatures/ the bills etc to be attached with transactions. Contacts To autofill the details during party creation. Storage To store reports, PDF, excels generated by users and access user’s selected images to attach with bills Approval of Alerts, Messages and Promotional campaign

In addition to the General Conditions of Invi service a User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

(i) The User agrees to receive promotional, transactional and commercial communications from Invi through calls, email, SMS or push notifications.

(ii) The User allows INVI to collect personal information which will depend upon the services that you use on the platform. The types of data that we may collect directly from you include Name, Address, telephone number and email address, demographic information such as gender, business line etc. which may be further shared by INVI to third party service providers to enhance the user experience through curated deals and offers relevant to your business needs.

(iii) Under certain conditions, promotional messages are transmitted to the users and that INVI shall not bear any further obligation in respect of such promotional messages.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

1. The User Fees for usage of different platforms is as under: For Seller and Purchaser:

Web Subscriptions will cost Rs. 1 per day and the applications on both IOS and Android are being provided to the customer free of cost.

Further by agreeing to terms and conditions of service the user is agreeing for a bundled package of WEB use and will get the applications usage for free.

For WEB based services the user can choose from the following 2 plans:
- 6 Months Subscription @ Rs. 180/- per Entity Created
- 1 Year Subscription @ Rs. 365/- per Entity Created

These subscriptions will be paid by the users by activating their web accounts within 7 days of Signup into the application.

The default mechanism of the signup is for web services.

The User has an option to Signup on the Applications also and the same will redirect them further to WEB for activating their account and for the same user will be charged web charges.

The user has option to deactivate their web subscriptions within 7 days of Sign-up, and the user can do the same by mailing to: [email protected], further the user will have to follow the process for deactivation for web-services. On successful completion of the same, the Web services for the user will be permanently disabled and the user can continue to use the Applications on IOS and Android for free.

2. Any time after web services are activated the User can cancel the same by following same mechanism as listed in point 1. After which the users Web services will be permanently disabled and the user will be able to continue to use the applications on IOS and Android for free.

3. Refunds: The user can claim refund of Web Services activated only in case the user have not utilised the Data Base or Storage services of the said entity for 1 whole day.
The User will be eligible for refund of 30% of the per day amount paid by the user for web services on satisfaction of the refund policy terms set out by the company from time to time.

Your refunds will be processed within 7-8 working days once the refund procedure is completed
